You don’t really need a gymnastics class. Just look for a gym with open gym. That’s what I did.
God? you a christian? i am. i love your movie dude, one of the best, i have great potential, i want someone to train me so bad…i want it so bad that i am teaching myself the frontflip and i’m in mma, i pretty much need gymnastics though but have a hard time affording it, i will keep trying.

chase is pretty much the only freerunner i like b/c he’s very creative and inspirational with his movement and doesnt just “flip and stop”, he’s very fluid
try to explain what are you doing…people don’t see everyday a man who’s jumping over obstacles or doing flips and stuff like that so they get suspicious…It happened to me too back when I was in my first year of freerunning…I live in a small town too…but now that everyone knows that I mean no harm they started slowly to appreciate the traceurs in my city for what they do
just be patient and try to talk nicely to people, explain them what parkour or freerunning is in fact

Ive been trying to lear to free run now for 4months, the problem is i live in a small town called cannock uk, 3run is shown as a kind ov law breaking activity, i keep beeing shooed away, all i want is people to show me where i can go or areas that are local in which i can go, i really enjoy the buzz of being free but its rare i get to expeiance it =( HELP
